Participants wishing to make a presentation in the technical session are cordially invited to submit an abstract in English or French* no later than October 10, 2014. November 10, 2014 (extended!)
* If you attempt to submit manuscripts in French, you are asked to submit the title and abstract itself both in French and in English.
* In response to your request, we extend the deadline for Abstract Submission by November 10, 2014.

Format
An abstract itself (not including the title, authors’ information) should be up to 300 words. Do not include any figures or tables.
Important Notes
One participant can submit up to two papers as the presenting author(s). There is no restriction of paper numbers of which one participant can be the co-author(s).
Abstract should clearly define the salient concepts and novel features of the work.
Review
The submitted abstract will be reviewed in order to ensure the highest technical quality of the congress.
Notification of Acceptance: December 5, 2014
Authors will receive notification of acceptance by e-mail on or before December 5, 2014.
Full Paper
Deadline for Final Manuscripts: February 20, 2015
Authors of accepted papers will be required to submit a full paper for publication in the USB Congress Proceedings together with the application for registration and the required fee. Authors whose abstracts are accepted will receive detailed authors' instruction by e-mail.
Publication
The submitted Final Paper will be published in the USB Congress Proceedings
